• Which products have combined shipping?
  • Any product that has the text Combine Shipping & Save is eligible for a shipping discount. You must add more than 1 “Combine Shipping & Save” product to your shopping cart for the discount to be applied.
• Why do some products not have the discount?
  • Some products are sent by a carrier other than Australia Post and are despatched from a different location. These products are not eligible for the combined shipping and save discount.
• How is combined shipping calculated?
  • Combined shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of the product and the delivery method.
• Why have you removed the shipping cost from the product description page?
  • We have removed the shipping cost from the product page because the shipping cost is calculated based on the mix of products you place in your shopping cart. The more “Combine Shipping & Save” products in your shopping cart, the bigger the discount.
  • If you are only purchasing one product, you will see the shipping cost after you add it to your shopping cart.
