How to adjust your office chair

• Place yourself in the chair with your back against the backrest.
• The height adjuster is usually a lever on the right side of the chair below the seat.
• Lift your body weight off the chair, and pull up on the height adjuster.
• There is a knob that adjusts the chair tilt. Rotate the knob clockwise to tilt the chair forward or counter clockwise to tilt the chair back.
• All desk chairs have a height and tilt adjustment.
