How to fill a water cooler

  • Remove the empty bottle from the cooler.
  • Clean the new bottle with a cloth or towel, if necessary.
  • Lift the cap off the new bottle, or gently pry it off with your fingers.
  • Hold the top of the bottle with one hand and place your other hand beneath the bottom of the bottle.
  • Slowly tip the bottle so it begins to pour into the cooler.
  • Be sure to adjust the bottle so it is standing straight and upright.
  • A new bottle of water will take approximately 30 minutes to cool.
